Keith VanWienen, PS, is a licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Indiana. Mr. VanWienen acquired his license in October of 2005 while working for Richard E. Ward & Associates. Mr. VanWienen has worked for numerous surveying companies in Northwest Indiana and East Central Indiana before starting his own company, Precise Land Surveying in May of 2007.
Precise Land Surveying started in a small office at 33 West 10th Street in Anderson, Indiana. Through the years, Precise Land Surveying as had numerous offices to expand with the growing company. In January of 2017, Precise Land Surveying moved to Pendleton, Indiana, however, in the summer of 2018 Precise Land Surveying acquired the company of Richard E. Ward & Associates.
Richard E. Ward & Associates was established in 1981 and had acquired numerous land surveying records from past companies located in Madison County, Indiana, a few of which were John H. Manship & Associates, Harold E. Smith, Rayl Surveying & Engineering, Paul Phipps, and Don Gwinnup, to name just a few. With surveying records covering almost 80 years of history.
With the newly acquired records, In 2019, Precise Land Surveying moved back to Anderson into the former office of Richard E. Ward & Associates at 920 Main Street.
Since the founding of Precise Land Surveying, they have completed surveys for both public municipalities and private clients, title companies, lawyers, and lending institutions, just to name a few.
