An ALTA / NSPS Land Title Survey is a comprehensive survey preformed under the current guidelines as set forth by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
Exhibits / Land Descriptions: This type of drawing is used by clients to create Easements and Land Descriptions to show the location of existing or proposed areas of land.
